Brand for a Hervey Bay land estate, now selling through to Stage 7.
THE CHALLENGE
Hervey Bay has no shortage of land releases, and buyers compare them block-for-block. The Glades needed a brand that sold a feeling of nature, calm and community, and set it apart from every other estate competing for the same downsizers, families and investors.
THE STRATEGY
The brand centred on one warm, ownable idea: "Happy Ever More." From there came the identity, colour and visual language of green corridors and open space, plus the campaign collateral the estate sells with: masterplan and stage plans, design guidelines, and register-your-interest assets. A brand built through my Ground to Grand system to work release after release as new stages come online.
